Topanga Youth Board Mission

Topanga Police Youth Board mission is to support LAPD Topanga’s PAL programs in diverting the youths of our city away from gangs and criminal activity by providing a wide variety of positive recreational activities under the supervision of trained police officers and motivated volunteers.
